    Tender braised beef, carrot, celery and celeriac in a rich gravy, enhanced by Jurassic dark ale from the Dorset Brewing Company
  • Steak and Dorset Blue Vinny Allergens: Celery, Gluten, Eggs, Milk, Mustard, Sulphites
    Braised feather blade steak in a rich ale sauce, enhanced with locally produced blue Vinny cheese
  • Tuscan style pork Allergens: Celery, Eggs, Milk, Sulphites
    Flavours of central Italy and pork shoulder combine in this pie, finished with fennel and a tomato sauce

    Diced chicken thigh and sautéed leeks, with bacon lardons in a velvety white sauce finished with chopped fresh parsley

  • Mushroom, spinach and vegan cream “cheese” Allergens: Gluten
    Sautéed mushrooms and spinach, with a hint of warm spices, bound with a vegan alternative cream cheese
  • Butternut squash, cannellini bean, kale, and feta Allergens: Gluten, Milk
    Roasted butternut squash with cannellini beans and kale in a rich tomato and red pepper sauce, lifted by a touch of feta
  • Provencale vegetable ratatouille Allergens: Celery, Gluten, Milk, Sulphites
